Evergreen Solar to Host Fourth-Quarter Conference Call on February 14, 2007

MARLBORO, Mass.—Evergreen Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESLR), a manufacturer of solar power products with its proprietary, low-cost String Ribbon™ wafer technology, today announced that it will release its fourth-quarter 2006 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 14, 2007.

Management will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. (ET) that evening to review the Company’s fourth-quarter financial results. The conference call will be webcast live over the Internet.
